Our team.

As our client base grew, so did our team, which now includes many talented individuals: creatives, artworkers, web designers, developers and account managers. You’ll find our team of design, project management and communications experts brimming with ideas and full of enthusiasm from the moment we meet you.

David Hudson Charlton.

David’s experience lies in the creation of brand identities. After graduating from Newcastle in 1985 he worked for five years at a major London design consultancy. The Small Back Room, before becoming creative director at Identica. For over 20 years he has worked on several high-profile brand identity projects within the travel and tourism Industries, working for Eurostar, VisitEngland, Caledonian MacBrayne Ferries and VisitJersey to name but a few. With a love of all things historical, David’s never more at home than when perusing vintage aircraft – IWM Duxford is his second home!

Jacqui Sheard.

Jacqui studied Graphic Design at Kingston University, graduating in 1981 before working for design consultancies like BCD, Small Back Room, Conran Design and Basten, Greenhill & Andrews. With a talent for the design and management of both corporate and retail projects, in particular travel and tourism, she’s worked on projects for Rolls Royce, BMW, ICI, Natwest and Habitat. Jacqui spends her spare time elbows deep in sweet-smelling, natural and Fairtrade products for her soap-making business Quintessentially English. She’s also an avid reader of theology – with the odd venture into quantum physics.

Rachel Williams.

Attention to detail is Rachel’s strength. Behind every successful agency is someone like Rachel who keeps all our client spending in check! Rachel began her career as a teacher in Zimbabwe then retrained to enable her to undertake accounting roles.

Sarah James.

Sarah’s career has spanned over 13 years within the colourful Treasury environment of the London banking sector followed by several years as a legal secretary. As a military wife she has travelled extensively but has now settled into domesticity in rural Wiltshire becoming a campervan, albeit fair-weather, enthusiast and cake baker extraordinaire.

Nurturing young talent.

We have a regular placement scheme for gifted design students as well as school placements to give young people a taste of real life in a design agency. Jacqui taught at the School of Communication Arts alongside John Gillard and loves to nurture young talent.
