The story: Pinnacle started out in 1999 as a telephone system provider, installing its first telephone system in London Victoria. Due largely to happy customer referrals, Pinnacle has since grown substantially and today provides IT, fixed and mobile telephony to customers with multiple sites all across the globe. Pinnacle, a merger of three original companies, is the ultimate go-to provider of technology expertise, from connectivity and support to product and system purchase.

The project: We created a new brand identity and brand hierarchy. The new brand symbolises communication, using triangles to represent the coming together of their businesses under the same umbrella company. We also produced a set of brand guidelines to lay the foundation of a new, more forward thinking business. To engage consumers we built two dynamic group websites, viewable on all modern devices, and to engage staff, we implemented office and shop front signage, rolled out stationery and smart uniforms.

Result: Our work with Pinnacle has united their three divisions to present a single coherent identity.
