The story: Knitwear brand Cove produce simply designed, high quality, classic knitwear pieces from their rural hub in the beautiful village of Arkesden. To grow the brand Sarah and Jacqueline decided they needed to improve their online sales.
The project: We were tasked with adapting their tone of voice in order to appeal to a broader age range, changing the face of the brand. After extensive research, we established a strategy, and used the most optimum methods to create the biggest response from the desired audience. We were able to introduce the brand to a younger audience, and used a style icon to increase interest across all ages.
The result: Cove continues to grow from strength to strength
